Consultations are your private time to address any issue that has you feeling stuck or overwhelmed; to unravel the answers to your questions about the business, your own career, or a specific situation; and to find support and effective, doable strategies to get your career to the next level. Whether you’re a neophyte, an established professional, or an artist in transition, you’ll receive personal attention to your concerns and goals and walk away with actionable ideas and strategies to help you achieve them.

Private consultations are available in person, by phone, or Skype, and portions of them take place via email as well.

Whether you’re planning a concert tour, recording project, or audition junket; revamping your website; or launching a music-related business,  you’ll find  an expert set of eyes and ears invaluable.  Get innovative feedback and ideas, help with fundraising and social media campaigns, effective and engaging copy, and aid in staying accountable and on deadline. Give your project the edge it needs for greatest success!

Career Mentoring

Add an expert on call to your team for fast answers, support, and accountability.

Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to pick up the phone or shoot off an email whenever you come up against a career conundrum without worrying that you’re being a pest or taking up too much of your mentor’s valuable time? With career mentoring, you not only have a caring expert on call, with a maximum 24 hour response time, but monthly check-ins to keep you moving toward your goals and meeting your deadlines. We begin with a full consultation including a review and refresh of your portfolio, website, social media presence, and brand; then work together to clarify your priorities and identify obstacles, establish meaningful goals, identify actionable steps including creating a timeline and a business plan, and achieve your goals.

Each package includes: a 1 hour initial consultation; 1 hour of press kit or social media development; weekly email or text check-ins; monthly 20 minute follow-up consultations; and on-call service with up to 5 contacts per month for the duration of the contract. Please inquire for full details.

You’ll receive individual attention and small group support as you work from home to troubleshoot your career and strategize for success. The 30 Days workshop includes: full press kit review, one 30 minute private phone consultation, four two-hour interactive, customized Skype lectures drawn from a variety of topics and decided on by your group; weekly discussion topics and homework assignments tailored to the groups desires and needs; and membership in a private online discussion group where you can receive guidance and support from Cindy and your colleagues.

Group size is limited to 10 people to ensure quality personal attention.
